Charter Rates and Preparation 

5-Hour Charter

6am – 11am or 4pm – 9pm
1 – 4 people $800 (Monday – Thursday)
1 – 4 people $900 (Friday – Sunday)
5 – 6 people additional $100 per person

7-Hour Charter

6am – 1pm or 2pm – 9pm
1 – 4 people $1000 (Monday – Sunday)
5 – 6 people additional $100 per person

Pricing does not include gratuity but is greatly appreciated

All trip times are dock to dock or until possession of a limit catch.

Trips for groups of larger than 6 individuals may be facilitated by Far Out Fishing Charters in cooperation with other associated MDNR inspected charter vessels for a fishing trip split between multiple captains.

We Service/Supply:

• Fishing tackle
• Rods and reels
• Bait and lures
• Fish caught will be cleaned and bagged

You Bring:

• Valid Michigan one-day fishing license
• Light soft-sole shoes (no work boots)
• Food and beverages
• Cooler for fish fillets

Bad Weather Policy

If a scheduled charter must be canceled due to bad lake conditions or weather—the captain makes this decision—we notify you 24 hours prior to your scheduled charter. You can reschedule or cancel. The $100.00 deposit is non-refundable. If a charter has to end early due to bad weather or lake conditions—the captain makes this decision—your scheduled charter start time will be used for one of the following options:

Option 1 - If the charter trip time more than half over, the trip is considered a full charter.

Option 2 - If a charter trip time is less than half over, you get credit for the remaining time left on your trip towards a future charter.
